By installing or using AI Rankster, you agree to these Terms and to Shopify's platform terms, API terms, billing terms, and privacy policies. Use of our public website at airankster.com is also subject to these Terms where applicable.

AI Rankster helps merchants generate and manage AI optimization data for Shopify storefront discovery and structured metadata (including GEO / AI search optimization).

• Native Shopify product descriptions are not overwritten by design.
• Generated output is written to Shopify metafields under the airankster namespace.
• Merchants are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing at scale.

AI Rankster provides optimization tools and structured data — it does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, recommendations, sales volume, or revenue. Third-party AI systems (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or other models) operate independently; their algorithms, policies, and outputs change without notice and are outside our control.

You acknowledge that GEO / AI search visibility depends on many factors beyond our software, including your catalog, brand authority, competition, and third-party platform behavior.

Paid subscriptions, free trials, and recurring charges (as shown in the Shopify App Store listing and your Shopify admin at the time of purchase) are created, confirmed, and managed through Shopify's native billing APIs. Payment collection, invoicing, and account management for the app occur within Shopify's reviewed platform. Uninstalling the app removes access to app functionality and may cancel recurring app charges according to Shopify's billing rules.

You agree not to use AI Rankster to violate law, infringe third-party rights, or submit unlawful content. We may limit or suspend access when required to protect service integrity or comply with legal obligations.

Our marketing website may use third-party analytics and advertising tools that collect data via cookies or similar technologies when you opt in. Details are in our Privacy Policy. The embedded Shopify admin experience for installed merchants does not use marketing pixels.

AI Rankster is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific commercial outcomes beyond the express limitations in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Rankster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app or website use, including lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law and venue are to be confirmed in a future update. Until then, these Terms are interpreted in good faith under generally applicable commercial and digital service principles.
